A country house in the park
A country house steeped in a fully enclosed park of 20,000 sqm bordering the town of Sirolo.The country house has been recently renovated but maintains its wooden ceilings with exposed beams. The furnishings, at once refined and minimalist, comprise a blend of antiques and design furniture.

Sleeping with woollen blankets
We are located at the foothills of Mount Conero (572 m a.s.l.), in a wide valley overlooking the sea which lies barely a kilometre away.The constant breeze and lush vegetation make for a marvellous climate.Moreover, there is also an “air conditioner”:the thick stone walls of the country house.Even in the hottest of days, you will need a woollen blanket to sleep at night.

In the countryside, at the sea, among the mountains and in town
The town of Sirolo lies just outside the gates.Inside the park, you are met with open countryside where pheasants roam like hens in a farmyard.In a range of less than a kilometre you can experience the countryside, sea, mountains and town at the same time.
