A country house in the park
A country house nestled in a fully enclosed park of 20,000 sqm bordering the town of Sirolo. The country house has been recently renovated but maintains its wooden ceilings with exposed beams. The furnishings, at once refined and minimalist, are a blend of antiques and designer furniture.

Sleeping with woollen blankets
We are located at the foothills of Monte Conero (572 m above sea level), in a wide valley overlooking the sea which lies barely a kilometre away. The constant breeze and lush vegetation make for a marvellous climate. Moreover, the thick stone walls of the country house make a natural "air conditioner". Even on the hottest of days you will need a woollen blanket to sleep at night.

In the countryside, at the sea, in the mountains and in town
We're 800 metres from the town centre, but inside our park you are met with open countryside where pheasants roam like chickens in a farmyard. In a range of less than a kilometre you can experience the countryside, sea, mountains and town at the same time.
